A test pic for a new char. set into the TMNT universe. This was the concept behind Rockland. A raccoon thief who has precognative abilities. He can actually see about 5 seconds into the furture. This on top of his agility makes him one tough guy to hit.
The pic is just a conceptual image...some changes will be made to the final drawing as the daggers will change as well as his shirt will have short sleeves. More to follow.

Yeah hes a tweener lol. He was a villian at first but then left the organization after having a mental breakdown. Splinter helped him a bit through it then he went off to do some serious soul searching and training. Came back with two neat daggers (more to come on that). Still a theif at heart though hes taken up a more Robin Hood complex to his crimes. Hes also a bit of a tomb robber now.
