yeah, I've been mentally kicking myself and been forcing people I know to give me a good kick too to get started. xD I've stopped drawing for about 3 weeks though so I really wanna get back on track. It's easier to keep drawing once you get started.

Yeah was about 3 weeks back for me too. I wonder if it was like Labor Day blues somehow? End of summer and all and yipes, it's been outright chilly lately. :(

The start of the fall kinda got me out of my art funk. Especially when you live in the woods. ^^

Hey Kooks! I'm slowly getting caught back up on old submissions that I missed from way back.

This is (sorry, I just have to say it) cute. Huskeys are cute by nature, I think, so even with bared teeth and laid back ears people tend to go, "Dawwww!" I like the NPCC acronym 'cause it makes sense. I noticed something about his nose, however, that might be what's causing you to puzzle over his muzzle. The shading on right side of his muzzle seems to overrun the bottom right corner of his nosepad. It looks like his nosepad design was intended to be a softened triangle rather than a 'realistic' spade shape, so the two halves of his nose don't match.

All in all, good work from one of my very favorite foxes.

Cool, glad yer able to catch up. I have about 2,600 submissions myself. :P You're right on the nose thing though I think there is issue with the drawing itself too. I haven't looked at this one in a bit now though I can see a lot more mistakes now than I did then. Bleh. I really can't draw noses very well. The little triangle I do works for foxes I think but for any other canine, just doesn't look right. Have to learn how to fix that I guess. Thanks for the feedback though! You know I always value your opinion. :)
