The finished version is even more adorable than the original sketch, I think. I love their expressions here, especially Scarlet's. It's nice to see her without the frown, if just for a moment, and it shows a softer, sweeter side to her that, I'm sure, Poppy sees all the time. Not that they're anything less than completely charming together, it's just kind of a nice little moment. I love the tenderness of the impending kiss, too. They really do make a wonderful couple!

Thank you! And absolutely, Scarlet seems uncaring to others, but Poppy knows all the little things Scarlet shows. True, Scarlet isn't the best at initiating things like affection, but Poppy does it enough for both of them.

Super cuteness! I love Poppy's wing-hands! I don't see nearly enough avian furries with wings for arms that are produced in a way that makes sense, but I like this a lot. > w<

I think it's because they make things more difficult, limits what you can do with the hands, plus so many things wouldn't make sense. But visually, it looks pretty awesome!

-sage nod- That makes good sense. You really have handled it wonderfully, though! I love the way that it appears as though she has the muscle coordination if not the stiffness of movement all the way through the ends of her 'fingers'. It's very cool. * w*

I basically bullshit it with Poppy, it makes no sense and I don't care. But basically her "fingers" are hard and strong like actual fingers, rather then, well, feathers. So she can actually DO things with them.
