OK... I am working on this monster again.
Yes the magazine is like a P-90 magazine and yes it is a Sci-Fi weapon.
BIO:
- 6mm caseless rifle
- Controlled burn-Plasma based propellant (Promotes low recoil & high projectile velocity).
- 70grain projectile @ ~3800FPS (projectile type and weight can vary)
- Unloaded Weight ~4.0lb
- Loaded magazine weight ~1.5lb
- Overall length 28”
- Barrel length 21”
- Polymer & Carbon-Composite frame
- Free-float, Composite barrel with polygonal rifling.
- 72 rounds of ammo (a few more rounds of ammo than I planned... I'm not complaining)
Rate of Fire: Semi-Auto, 3 round burst @ 33rounds-per-second -37rounds-per-second, Full-Auto 8rounds-per-second -10rounds-per-second
For fun I decided to coat all the parts that come in contact with the projectile and the hot gasses with a high tempture ceramic. It reduces friction, wear and all those bad things that come with using a weapon.
To do list.
- Smoothing the frame
- Clean up
- Odds and ends
Edits:
Round 1:
Made 6mm-Long-Gun ammo and placed it in. Did most of the finishing work on the magazine. Changed the muzzlebreak.
Round 2:
Trigger assembly, foward grip, a little frame smoothing, cocking mechanism, scope work, scope mount work.
Round 3 and up:
go to my Deviantart site.
This thing was done purly from my imagination. I did not bother to draw up specific sketchhes for it.
To all those liberal snooby jerks:
This is a dreaded evil black rifle, it's designned to maim, rape and kill everyone it sees. Little babies will die from heart attacks when this thing is around. The elderly will scream from fright and cops will die.

I remember seeing that weapon a long time ago.
It was my inspiration into designing caseless firearms in my head and so forth.
Unfortunately that weapon does have one inate flaw, there is no ejection port if there is a FTF and the drum magazine is complex with many moving parts. Murphy would have a field day with a drum maazine in the heat of a battle. That is why I have a box magazine, top loaded with a bottom ejection port for the unfortunate FTF and any (if any) unburnt materials.
