The pose is absolutely spot on, and I like the texture on the jeans, it actually looks like denim =D
The only thing is, maybe the fret board needs to be longer, from the angle it's drawn, it looks like it's been bent in. So judging by the angle, the hand and the rest of the board SHOULD be visible, but it's a minor detail.
Overall, very well done =]
