Personality:
Secretive and cunning, mostly known for his combat skills for his punches and biotic abilities as well as his over aggressive attitude, Jiv is the usual turian male that rooms on Omega. Preferring to keep to himself or to his team mates he doesn’t usually talk too much unless something catches his interest. Known also for being an utter jerk, he is usually one to push issues and have an over baring confidence in himself as well as a rather stubborn ego.

History:
Julius was born and raised on the turian planet, Palaven, he grew up in a wealthy and strong family known for being noble and diplomatic, often gaining high reputation by family name he grew up and learned fast, acing his schooling until he became a c-sec Officer, much to his Fathers distaste.

Due to his family being over spiritual hence the family markings, he came to find life awfully difficult under their rule, his Father pushed him to become more involved in politics rather then focus on preventing crime on the Citadel. This over bearing feeling of rage and anger over come the young turian as he came into his adulthood age. Once his family had forced him to resign from his career at c-sec, he took his chances and left for a better place away from all the rules. Getting aboard a random stole away ship, the turian found himself faced with the complete opposite of everything he once knew, from pirates to thugs to even merc’s, the young turian only had one option, and that was Omega this was when he took up the code name Jiv.

Only being 20 he began to develop slight biotic abilities and was thankful for having escaped his own family before finding out he had such ability. Thankfully he was picked up by a Talon member who saw the young turian having a good set of skills, this lead to him taking up a career and he became an official member of Talon after surpassing the requirements.
Although he did encounter many fights and it often resulted in Jiv having broken or damaged plating after brutal sparring sessions, it caused some of his plates to mend together in awkward positions. Around the age of 25 he clashed with a young Turian boy named Malivous, the two would fight against each other and a bitter rivalry developed between the two, slowly they developed what could only be assumed as a strange hate and love relationship.
