Tonev's a serious rikkoa who is a high-level member of a gang of miscreants. Though usually not law-breaking, he and the rest of the gang make trouble around Sulfeir and Bublake. Tonev specifically is very good at intimidation, using his aurora mythe to gain insights to the weaknesses a persons aura reacts to, and generally laying on the 'heat' with his magma mythe. He doesn't like beating around the bush, and tends to get right to the point, which throws off his victims even more. He never actually commits any crimes though, usually using his talents to get people out of his way, or out of the way of his gang.
The only time he seems to relax is when he's in a spring in Bublake. He regards the scalding water as supremely calming, and it relects in his speech, which becomes a lot less curt.
