Looks like my poor Lormyr is suffering with being a model for the new system on planet Arpaio. The LOC system ( http://www.shye.org/index.php?title=LOC ) is designed to hold the prisoners of Black Gazza ( http://www.shye.org/index.php?title=Black_Gazza ) and Knanqh Arena (including Crimson Dervish) ( http://www.shye.org/index.php?title=Knanqh_Arena and http://www.shye.org/index.php?title.....rimson_Dervish respectfully) securely and hopefully with as little ... blow up as possible. Poor Raccoon.

This is a second life design, of course, and .... the collar was made by me. And yes, it is RLV compliant. It looks like I am building Black Gazza on Second Life after all.
