In my universe adult Sweetie Belle still does not have her cutie mark.
She is married to Button Mash. In the short Button's Adventures he did say he didn't care about cutie marks so it makes sense he wouldn't mind marrying a blank flank.
And yes, his obsession with moustaches is showing.
I also steered away from making old Fluttershy look too much like Granny Smith, I believe she will age beautiful.
