Note the company of tjin in the front. One of them has noticed a fight starting by the bar counter, and its eyes have shifted color to green, showing uncomfortable anxiety — chrysocoras detest suffering, and physical fights are almost always nothing but suffering.
The other two are so high on whatever they're smoking they didn't notice anything alarming yet (no wonder here, as chryses get high easily), hence the expressions and golden gleam of deep comfort and a calm kind of joy.
