Welp. I saw a doctor today. He had me scanned with ultrasound - it was cool to see video of what was going on inside my very own bod. Alas, it turns out I have a minor mitral valve prolapse - blood "leaks" between the compartments of the heart. So he said that I should stay on the Atonolol betablockers. Damn. At least it's not huge doses.

Oh, wonderful. Went through ultrasound myself a few years ago for intestinal problems. Ended up chatting with the technician and playing 'pick out the organ' on the scan, which I did pretty well at for an amateur. I suspect the technicians are far too used to people going 'I don't want to know'...
