He looks pretty good. The wings did come out well, his hands are nice and feet too. Adding a curve somewhere to the end of his tail rather than perfectly straight would make it look more alive. It looks a bit too stiff to me as it is. His left upper arm seems too short as compared to how the right arm looks.It could be it is too thin instead as the right arm looks a bit thicker. I could be both. Pose looks pretty good, back bend doesn't seem exactly right but that's a complicated problem I can't even figure out for myself. He isn't smiling, makes me think he's contemplating something. Possibly hes declawed nature with how he is holding his hands.

Actually, I think... hm. You're right on the tail; though I can imagine sitting like that, it'd really be more sprawled out backwards. The pose was actually pretty hard, and the left arm was a trouble spot.

Actually, he's probably got nanotech claw-implants by this point... dragon claws have always been pretty well retractable in my mind, and these probably retract better than his originals.
