Here's a little drawing I've done while I've been sick. That may be why it's not as good as the others.

Anyway, I've had this idea in me for a very long time. This is Twirisu, a fan-made evolution of Pachirisu. This is a male of the species. A female will have a shorter stripe on the forehead, just like Pachirisu do. Pachirisu evolve through level up while they are holding an item called the "Twi Tail"

When Pachirisu evolve into Twirisu they gain the Fairy typing, making them Electric/Fairy. If they had the Run Away ability as a Pachirisu, that becomes Lightning Rod. All other abilities remain the same.

In terms of moves, it's mostly similar to Pachirisu, with notable editions. They gain some new Fairy type moves through level up, like Disarming Voice, Draining Kiss and Moonblast. They can also learn Dazzling Gleam via TM and, if you breed well, Play Rough. They even gain a few other moves through other sources, but there's too many to lit here. However, they can learn Hyper Beam and Giga Impact.

Entry 1: A Twirisu can read the planet's electromagnetic current between its two tails to quickly determine its current location. They're known to lead lost hikers back to civilisation.

Entry 2: A Twirisu is able to channel an electromagnetic current into nearby fruits and berries to magnetise them. This brings them closer to the Twirisu so they can eat.

Twirisu are 2ft 9in tall on average and weigh an average of 70lbs. And below are their base stats.

ATK: 70
DEF: 100
SATK: 70
SDEF: 110
SPD: 120
BST: 570

Yeah, that is a high BST I'm aware, bur the distribution compensates and there's non-legendary pokemon with higher BST's.
