This was an free request from the artist was doing around three months ago, including two other friends of mine who got theirs too, as the art he does is very great. Originally, I asked for an Reshiram OC picture of Snow but after a bit of thinking to myself, I quickly asked if I can change my request to an different pokemon OC I have in mind, which luckily the artist did let me do so as he didn't work on mine yet.

And finally, here it is, an pic of my Cresselia OC Celina. To the artist who made this, thank you so much for this pic as I love it very much and it was definitely worth the wait too. Hopefully, even though chances are very, very, very slim, you do another free requests in the near future.
