A self portrait of Ginger from "The Model and the Monster"

, done around the time of the story. On one side is his blond haired, grey furred, feline persona. The other side is his true form, an orange colored, jello like thing; all that remains of his physical body after a stint in a black market genetics lab, as a test subject.
Overall, I'm pleased with how this came out. I hadn't drawn trianguar ears in quite a long time. The one change I did make was to change his cat eyes from green to brown. I suddenly realized the latter would look the most natual, and be the easiest to achieve, because brown already is a dark, warm color. It would merely be tinting his red-orange eyes, rather than changing their color, completely. Because this was only a warm up sketch, I fully expect some changes, as I perfect his ears and add any additional markings that strike my fancy.
