It requires proper geometry and arrangement of the spheres so the snowman is stable!

A snowcat, yeah, that's a great idea! Tried to make one of those before; mine didn't turn out too well though.

And, have I not met Pepper before? Is she new?

I imagine the ears might need a mold to be shaped right before you attach them, or maybe you could shave the shape down, but the rest should be pretty easy. ;)

I've only had her initial art so far, she's an adoptable that so far has only appeared in these two pics.

Actually it was a 4-legged feral sculpture I was attempting- a snow lion or snow cougar. Much harder than a traditional snowman. Mine didn't turn out that great, but check out this girl's amazing snow sculpture work from last winter:
