Just so you can see what I mean when hemp "Ages".

The orange and black one was made less than 24 hours before the picture was taken. The natural-toned one I've been wearing for about 3 - 4 months at the time of this image.

Both are spiral-sinnet anklets, with tie closures.

The older one has developed dark spots on the ridges from rubbing against my skin/clothes, and has softened in it's lines considerably--it's quite smooth to the touch now, and almost feels like a cotton thread, while the newer one is still fuzzy and itches a bit still from the loose fibers.
