I've been looking at various techniques on the Fursuit LiveJournal community. Gotta love it.
So far Tac has been pretty cheap. Half of him has been left over from Daxter.
What I've bought so far for Tac:

-Nice Black Punk Wig =30$
-Balaclava (ninja mask) =6$
-Pool Noodle =1$
-Gardening Gloves =2$
Total So Far = 52$
