Ah, no worries, mate.. I'm working an unpaid tattoo apprenticeship, and I had taken a night job as well, but burning the candle at both ends wasn't working the way it should have so I just did my last shift at the night job yesterday. Working hard at doing commissions (finishing current ones now that I have time away from the work), and planning on trying my best to make a go at keeping enough coming in to afford the third mortgage and still be able to eat. We're in a friend's home now without paying rent (we help out) so that cuts down on costs -- it's odd for me as I've always been in a very financially stable situation. Lesson learned -- don't take on three mortgages at once and not expect layoffs! We'll make it; the worst case scenario is that we have to walk away from one or two of the houses. That would suck, but really, in the grand scheme of things, you do what you have to do to make things work. The art track is where I'm headed quite happily, so if I can fight through and make it work for 16 more months of payments, I'll be better off for having tried it this way.

It sounds like you're having a hard time right now but I'm sure you'll be able to manage it all. You'll be fine, and you have art and other things of value you're able to create and do. Just stay strong!
