A water fey-in this case salty water (fresh is more common-streams and ponds). He uses his long snout and claws to winkle out shellfish and the like from between rocks. Unlike Neptunia he can't breath underwater, although he can hold his breath for a long time and swim very well. His habitat is coastal rather than deep sea :)
