Well, I had this kind of thing on my mind for quite some time now and I couldn't help it. I had to draw it out and put in some details.
Anyway, this is a fanmande Mega Evolution of one of my favourite pokemon, Cinccino. Noticeably, Cinccino gains a lot more of those fluffy scarves upon Mega Evolution and it's able to use those as small wings, allowing it to fly for short period of time. They're 2 foot 2 inches in height on average and weigh 19.2 pounds on average. Upon Mega Evolution, they give off a serene, angelic appearance and tend to be peaceful, but can fight with intense strength. They can project an aura of light around themselves to weaken incoming attacks. This, combined with the oil in their fur, makes them very resilient to harm. Their main form of attack is using the halo's above their head and on their paws like chakrams, even throwing them
Upon Mega Evolving, Cinccino gains the Fairy typing, becoming a Normal/Fairy type. They have the ability of Skill Link. Yes that is the same as one of their hidden abilities but it's known for Mega pokemon to share an ability with their base form. They gain a boost to their Physical attack, Speed and both defences, but suffer a drop in Special Attaxck. For this, Cinccino also has a new attack: Halo Chakram.

The user throws its halos at the target, striking 2-5 times in succession.
Anyway, onto base stats.

ATK: 145 +50
DEF: 80 +20
