Very nice, I like how you don't draw dragons scrawny and thin like a lot of people do. He has bulk and form to him! One thing I would suggest (and if its actually part of his design then just ignore my chattering!) is to extend the wing membrane that attaches to the dragon further along his dorsal area near his spine. We'd be able to see more of his body and he'd be even more equipped for flight. The lighting on his hide from the lightning is a nice touch too, it gives him a bit more depth. :)

Oh dragons can't be skinny.. they need all the muscles to keep themselves flying.
