Yes I am aware of the typo in "malamute".
I don't care enough to fix it.So this is one of the projects I have been working on in my short bursts of free time. I came up with this concept in May of 2014 and I finally have him done.
I wanted to get pro pictures done by my sister but I ran out of time and I had to take these pictures last night with my phone.
This is Borealis the Alaskan Malamute, (I'll post a ref sheet later)
4 different types of fur was used.
I painted the eyes myself and Sculpted the lips and eyelids myself.
This is my first time using a resin blank (from DVC) and I made many many mistakes, especially on the muzzle. but this was a learning experience and now I know what to do differently next time.
He will be at Further Confusion this weekend. (worn by me) So keep an eye out! Feel free to say hi or whatever :)
I am really gonna be trying to make friends this weekend cause I'm lonely lol.
ALSO:
I held a name contest for this suit a while back. there are 3 winners, I will be noting the winners after I get to my Hotel.
