I'm dying to draw the amazing Smaug from The Hobbit, but first I need to be reacquainted with dragons once more. Yes I know dragons aren't wyvern's so they are new to me. I've studied anatomy and looked through many tutorials and examples. Here is my first completed wyvern. My grandpa chose three colors. Navy blue, aqua blue, and red. Of course red doesn't fit will with blue so I made it more purple. I'm really fond of the design...

Anyways, it's an ice-dark dragon. If it were to be a type that's what it would be.
