Phemia is the latest and final of the reincarnation of Phemius. Due to the meddling during Pheo's life, there was less conditions to be met during Phemia's life and he has accidentally met them all.

Phemia is a snakecharmer in a circus, but he was previously a slave in a freakshow until he snapped from the owner and the human employees torturing him and murdered them all. He is heavily scarred from the torture, what hair he has in this picture is all he has due to being burnt and he can't make any facial expressions, beyond light twitches of his mouth, because a metal pole was impaled through his mouth to keep him from biting anyone, as his venom his highly toxic and can kill in just a few minutes.
