The Terrean are a humanoid race that resemble different types of wolves. They have a strong sense of smell and hearing. A powerful bite allows them to defend themselves or hunt. Their colors are always natural hues ranging from white to black and a variety of browns and fur patterns.

There is an old saying that where you see one Terrean, there are others nearby. With a pack mentality and a natural sense of unit coordination, Terreans are formidable hunters and warriors. While they share a strict code of conduct when fighting their own kind, Terreans can be vicious an brutal to other races whom they see as weaker or dishonorable. Terreans prefer to fight hand to hand, or with melee weapons and energy shields, though they may also arm themselves with firearms as a secondary weapon. While the Terrean army is formidable, their star fleet is considered weak by Merran standards, and chooses to ambush and get in close enough to board, where their warriors can inflict the most damage.

Terreans idolize the humanoid body and physical fitness. Most Terrean spend much of their time exercising and building up their muscles. They warpaint or tattoo themselves with tribal markings and wear as little as possible to show off their strength. Whenever a Terrean completes a dangerous mission, they are given a gold or silver ring which they wear on either of their ears at all times.
