cute, these skirts thos seem to impede the crotch strap, perhaps they go on after the jacket does to allow full use of both?

I didn't draw this. :) That said, the client told Cybercat not to draw that bottom strap, so it wouldn't make the skirt look weird.

I'm sure there is a story, but I don't know what it is. And no, Cybercat hasn't posted the original. It's not available for coloring by others anyway. :)

I moderate the stream where this was sketched, and was there. :) No explanation was given for the straight jacket. You will have to speak to Powhatan. He's the one who commissioned this, and it's his character.
