At The Business Meeting...
"Excuse me?!" exclaimed incredulously Julius. "What do you mean, 'the meeting is reported at tomorrow'?!"
"Don't blame me, mister Julius!" protested the pen-pusher. "Blame my boss, he's the one who just called me to say it!"
"And he gave you a reason, at least?!"
"No. But I'm not surprised. Frankly..." there he looked around to be sure the reunion room was empty. "He's a jackass."
Julius looked at the pen-pusher with surprise.
"You shouldn't talk about your boss like that, you know, mister... er..." he eventually said.
"Frontsek. And I don't care, it's the truth. I mean, he forced me to work during the last week of vacation!"
"Ouch."
"So he's a jackass. Even though he's a bear."
The laughter that followed was, from both parts, a bit forced, but it still did its job of making the atmosphere less tense.
Frontsek profited of it to ogle a bit Julius. Now that he was back at his usual size and not a musclegod, he could really see that the boar was damn well built.
He didn't expect at all that "the important CEO" he and the boss were supposed to meet was him, but once the surprise left, he didn't really complain...
"Maybe he's at home, jacking off after the Titan's last show..."
This time, Julius bursted out in laughter.
"Can't really blame him then," he managed to articulate after one or two minutes. "I saw many videos and pictures of him, but seeing him in real, just bursting out of this building like a god... You can't say it isn't awe-inspiring."
"Yeah, he always does that at each time," admitted the little fat guy.
A silence as each of them thought back about the event, one hour earlier...
"Well, could you talk to me about that insurance company? So I won't have come for nothing."
"Oh, sure..."
The presentation was pretty well-made, and Julius appreciated the professionalism the secretary showed in it.
But some part of him, that he tried to ignore, could hardly wait the night.
And little did he know that the rhino in front of him thought exactly the same thing...
