Yeah, I know. I try not to treat it as a fetish either. But I do prefer to see my favorite copyrighted characters in the environment that they were meant to be in. Thats just an odd tick with me, but I'm not as stingy with this sort of thing as much as I used to be.
tato did an amazing job with this. The poses themselves remind me of Mortal Kombat's "Babality" move. It's like both just got nailed with the move and are lost at what just occurred. However Krystal seems to have a better understanding than Fox does.The way Fox looks with his trademark flight coat, scarf, and shirt while being padded is adorable. Add that "Waah!" facial expression as he looks up you have a total cutie on your hands.
Krystal looks nice since she's all super curious about the, uh, crystal. :) Perhaps she is more able to keep her mental abilities despite the transformation? So she's probably busy trying to figure out how the crystal itself works while Fox can't quite shake his infantile instincts.
Oh, if only Falco could see him now. :)
Star Fox tends to be forgotten by the fans of Nintendo, they only remember it 'cause of the Smash Bros. series. And that's a shame, because it's a great franchise. I own SF64 3D on my 3DS, and a SNES Classic with the original Star Fox included, and you can even UNLOCK the once Japan-exclusive Star Fox 2 by completing the first level of the first game! Neat!
