... For all of them, I only recognize one of them, as on a whole (Houndour).
... I feel so old at times, and perhaps too old, for Pokés aplenty these days?
... I haven't kept up with any or all, since my days of youth, so at often, I am at a loss, to what I behold.
... I just, bah, at times, feel like such an poor Pokéfan. ;u;
It's g o o d I have you, Ziggy~ For you keep me going, even when things are unfamiliar~

Oh don't get sad, Mr. Lombs~
It only makes sense when you've only played the first two generations of Pokemon, that you'd only recognize the first two generations!
Honestly, a couple out of these four are very much quite new~
I'm happy to keep you going, hun! Just don't let that lack of knowledge bring you down~ C:

Hehe, thanks, Zigg~
I gotta ask thee though, how much have you been, with the franchise (or since?)?
It seems, you know so much, and of so many, of the 'mons, and I would find it quite impressive, if you were there from the start?
My interest, in so (Pokémon), started with the anime, and card collections, and then thereafter, went into video-gaming... Dunno where, how or why, it and I stopped, but... back at those years, I wasn't much of an roleplay gamer (J/RPGs), as I didn't really get into the main line of titles... Always been a fan of the "Mystery Dungeon" sub-series though, along with the home-console ones (Stadium, Colosseum, etcetera)...
So, I guess, it is kinda understandable, how I've been left out of the loop (for so long), and felt as so, considering the last time I played Pokémon proper (as in, its main line of games), was when Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle were your starters... Heck, I was even ten-plus in age (and older) then, back when dem Pokés came around...
But bah, now I feel so aged instead!
... I'm glad I got you, babe; for keepin' me up to speed on these li'l crittered delights ~
Personally I've been with the series since Generation III (Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald), and really I just sorta, kept up with the newer generations~
And as for my knowledge of the Kanto and Johto region games, well, Generation III and IV had remakes for the two respectively (FIrered/Leafgreen and Heartgold/SoulSilver)
I've never actually had a Nintendo home console, don't really know why~ so I've never really gotten into any games on those consoles~
And I've played every Mystery Dungeon game except for the newest one (Gates to Infinity), they have very nicely written stories, and while the gameplay can get a bit tedious and repetitive, it's still not quite enough to put me off playing the game~AlthoughIdon'twannaadmititbutIveneverbeatenanyoftheMysteryDungeongamesbecauseImterribleatthem ._.
Babe~? That's a new one~ o3o, but I'm happy to do so, Lombert~ ^^

Many thanks for sharing your stories, Zigg -
- I greatly appreciate it~
As for the Pokémon M.D. games; They're darn fine games, indeed, in their own right - but I think, what draws me in the most, is the aspect of its world; its unravel and reveal, along with its build and [world]building. I, personally speaking, have not always been comfortable with the usage of Pokémons as ways of "weapons" of wagged battles and war; it always seemed a bit forceful and selfish to me, considering how much *else* 'mons are helpful at and for (housework, chores, etcetera)...
... but, that discussion is for another time -
- as the subject at hand, was indeed that of the Mystery Dungeon titles, and in so, what draw me the most to them, is being in their "shoes", per say. To live alongside Pokémon, in a way that feels so *real*. No more, are they mere silent companions, but rather, they speak and act, they are, so very much alive, and much more *real* to me, in this sense, then elsewhere (of other games). I can see them. Interact with them. And too, I can admire their world, as they live it out in so. I admire them, so for to be so close to them, to be so personal, and to be able to connect to them in a whole different kind of way, in manner of speech... Well, it just means a whole lot to me, and I love being a part of *their world* (rather then them being *a part of mine*, as it usually is).
... So sometimes brings an tear to this ol' lombs eye, you know? To be so close with them, as if I almost was there, by mere touch~
... I just love those games so much, because they give me what I can not else have, and so be a little bit closer to dream-come-true in realiy~
(I feel like such an ol' sap for saying 'n' admitting it though~)

Shame to hear, such an splendid experience, has had its light slight diminished! Although of course, J/RPGs have a tendency, to be and act *that* way, (chore), and unless you're real dedicated (and partially lucky) your first time through (to leveling, etcetera), you may end up, needing to replay large chunks of said game, or even do it all from the beginning all over again, in order to make it right this time around! Such really do, put a damper on one's mood, and I have experienced similar sours over some Final Fantasy's aplenty...
... Shall we wallow, in our shared collective, of certain complications? ... and not-so-fancy failures... -u-;
