Every day I stand upon the quiet sands of Albertaime
And stare amongst the dark waves while I wait, forever the same.
The crystal arises from the waters and I stare upon the light so thin
of it's cracked surfaces to show myself what once could have been.
The light wanes and as always I beg softly for more
But the crystal grows dark. My mind returns to before.
I let it drift unto darkness and return to the shores of Albertaime.
To wait upon it's sands just for the chance...to forget what never came.
Upon the shores of Albertaime.........I never did deserve you....
