Aaand back to 'morphs.

This sketch was actually done a coupla weeks ago, when I was visiting with some MUSH folks for PAX when they came to Washington. I'd been promising  lilac that I'd draw Seiitsu for him for a while, and meeting him in person was all it took to get my rear into gear and finish the job. I just now slapped some rough color on it, left it sketchyish and there ya go.

So behold! It is Seiitsu, the scary Raticate Elite with the weird mutant tail. I'm pretty happy with the sketch- it has its rough spots, but I think it's pretty good for having been completed with no references whatsoever, not even her official description. Her legs are probably the best. X3
