My tribute to the old-school. I wanted a picture that represented the early years of the Nintendo Entertainment System. In order to go full-blown retro, I limited it to games released in 1987 and before (since the NES had an incredibly long life-span for a console, from 1985 to 1994... even longer if you look at the Famicom, which was 1983 to 1994). Part of me was almost tempted to make this a tribute to the Famicom, rather than the NES, if only so I could include Urusei Yatsura characters... buuuut, there's more than enough to work with as it is, and it's probably better to try and stick with things that more people on this side of the world would be nostalgic to.
