I decided to draw some of my OCs family members. This is Leon Duval, Melody's father.
Leon is an upper-class Mismagius from a distant land, who migrated to Kalos to seek his calling in life. He would go on to meet, love and eventually marry a Gardevoir by the name of Camilla, with whom he had three girls; Ava (Ralts), Sable (Misdreavus), and the eldest child, Melody (Ralts).
He carries a walking stick with him at all times, tipped with an orb of Old Amber (he used it to adorn his walking stick after learning that his amber chunk did not contain any ancient Pokemon DNA like he'd hoped) after suffering an injury as a young man that damaged the nerves in his left leg, leaving it permanently partially paralyzed.
Unlike most other Mismagiuses, Leon has fully-formed limbs (though no feet, just pointed tips), at the cost of being able to levitate or phase through solids, traits he holds with pride and attributes to having several different species of Pokemon in his ancestry. Leon is charismatic and well-educated from a lot of travel and experiences in his youth. While he doesn't dwell on it himself, he is quick to anger if his disability is ridiculed or has unnecessary attention drawn to it.

I'll have to write a more in-depth bio for him at some point. Also as a quick aside, I imagine his voice sounds near-identical to Bela Lugosi's portayal of Count Dracula.
