Looks like someone is happy about having their bottle and nappy~
Another finished request to present, this one being done for ClandestineWing over on ADISC. Quagsire has to be one of the doofiest but also cutest Pokémon out of the series, so putting one in a nappy certainly didn't seem unnatural.
