It´s my seventh Portrait art. Dracula is shown as a person with character docile and friendly, but after that appearance hides a Machiavellian demon that not hesitate to drink until the last drop.
This character is a pixel adaptation of CoyotePuck´s work. I used to draw it my pixel art style.
Their black claws not only serve to attack their prey, they serve as a fine instrument for feed himself. His eyes red as blood, his long cloak, and their golds fangs give a semblance elegant but sinister.
Because that he is a chiroptera he must absorb the blood like the bats.

Dracula - Undead Transylvanian warlord - a wolf.
Vlad the Impaler lived and fought in the 15th century. His exploits became legendary, and as legends, became ambiguous and shadowed with time. From German accounts, he was a bloodthirsty monster. From Russian accounts, his actions were the product of necessity. Regardless, he did not receive the name Tepes, the Impaler, for nothing. He killed thousands of people by forcing wooden stakes through their bodies. His Turkish enemies were not the only recipients of this punishment. Thieves, adulterous women – anyone who met his ire were staked, or otherwise tortured and killed.
He was the son of Vlad Dracul, a Wallachian prince, who, himself, earned his name through his membership in the Order of the Dragon and his battles against the Turks. The name can be translated as both 'Devil' and 'Dragon', most likely referencing his membership in said order. His son, then, took the name Dracula, meaning 'son of the dragon'.
The character Dracula's connection to Vlad the Impaler is less than many people think. Stoker basically pulled the name out of a book because he liked the sound of it. The debate's still out on how much more he knew about the fellow. Once the connection was made, however, the two became linked in people's imaginations. A 15th century warlord and national hero of Romania became, to us, an undead Transylvanian count.

I loved that comic, I whish he would update it more.
I e-mailed him awhile ago, saying how good it was, and HE RESPONDED! That alone amazed me.
You did a great job in this portrait. The blood on his fingertip was a good effect for the picture!
If I ever get around to getting a fursuit, I had an idea to model it after this character, with a few adjustment of course.

Thanks for your comment I appreciate it very much. Its sound great, they will be the greatest fursuit of the history ja jajaja, a count dressed with a long and circular cloak and black leather coat over his medieval tunic, sound nice. I can´t wait to see it, and yes Todd is a great artist and his comic is impresionnant
Yes, his ears aren´t erect because he feel pleasure, in other words, do you see the wolf when have excitement for any reason? , for other side, Dracula is a cold diplomatic noble (wolf lord) for this reason he isn´t Vulgaris neither show his emotions easyly, One never can imagine that he is thinking about.
