The second of three commissions for 
Craigers
These slug images were really interesting to do. Aside from a few small requests, I was given complete freedom on creating the designs and the poses for the characters, which was a real boon.
For this image, I chose to make a somewhat flashier character. As a species that lives in a very hot climate, clothing is an option. This leaves them essentially with accessories. So bands, necklaces, and earrings are fairly common. I had toyed with the idea of placing some kind of decorative element on the end of their "tails" but it would probably hamper movement in some fashion. I like how her helmet and pose turned out.
