Sivvy's a very well fed rat. Despite his clear ability to just cram prey in, he prefers to have fun with his victims and trick them into 'agreeing' to be food. For example, he's quite fond of passing himself off as a career adviser, and send his poor clients to a very 'important and long-term opening'. He's also fond of claiming to be a bodyguard, able to keep weaker creatures away and safe from other predators. -Other- predators. Then there's his babysitting career.

Of course, if someone said no, he'd probably just gobble them down anyway. Big rats know best, after all.
