Ahhh, that's better. I saw a doc this morning - my blood thinners stay the same, and I got an appointment to see a specialist next week. He or she should be able to tell me if I can finally go off beta-blockers. The dose is small, but they can't be helping with this slump I been having. Except helping cause it. Bleh. We'll see. meanwhile, page 8. Still based on a true story, and still making me jealous.

I didn't dream up this stuff. These are true stories of a bunch of American college students. One of em (Sue) paid me to illustrate some of them, as a PB club (Spokane division) story. That's why I'm so envious. My college days weren't so bad, but compared to the fun these kids were having, they sucked.

For non-depressing hypertension control:
1. If you are NOT on a potassium sparing diuretic, 4 grams per day of potassium (I use potassium bicarbonate) can help.
2. A gram per day of calcium can help, too.
3. 4 grams of arginine 3 times per day can help.
If the problem is cardiac arrhythmias:
1. 2 grams per day of DHA (contained in fish oil capsules) is often very effective.
2. 1 gram of taurine three times per day often helps a lot, too.
