The problem of being cute, fat and round
I can't read a single word in Japanese but I do slightly get the story about Kitora's dragons. Kitora's part of Megaton and Gigaton dragon are also translated so I know that part a bit.
So what happens a lot is that Vals's moobs get groped during sexy times with Kitora and Zeta. I'm not sure what they say so I just guess this is how Vals would feel about it.
Most artists would take less than a hour to draw something so simple looking like this... not me, it took me several hours over 2 days...
The day I can draw well enough would be the day I can finally be a little bit happy in life, but I fear that day will never come.

Rest assured, there's not a single character from Kitora that is easy to depict. And Vals is certainly not the exception. Quite contrary, I find him to be particularly challenging. The fact that you depicted him in traditional artwork means it's twice as hard than usual!
Don't get discouraged, you did an amazing job with this piece. Keep it up, don't let up! The moment you give up is when you actually fail. And you haven't failed at all here. Quite the opposite, actually
