Catchier than a breakfast cereal jingle! And nah, she seems like the kind who would DEFINITELY say that, on a daily basis. "Dippy PenisFart McCocklebees, you get down off that sofa please! :c" I can see it now... And yes, it IS a reference to Les Mis! You also have Eponine, Javert, Fantine, Gavroche, Cosette, all manner of options! Most of them difficult to pronounce!
(It is not too shameful, it is a very old book that I found very hard to read, and a musical that seems to be either love-it or hate-it! It is one of my favorites though, I actually saw it performed on stage when I was a young 'un! Fond memories c:)
