Well, I sort of interpreted it to use less expensive bindable material. Access to one of the best 3d printers in the world (typically used to make the frame of prosthetic limbs and other precise bio-medical implants from sintered titanium metals) and a few hours of time.

Actual result is ~ 85mm x 135mm x 3mm, and was made from a lower cost rapid prototyping material (Powdered Polymer and scrap ground titanium from 'mistakes'). Suprinsgly strong really, though brittle and shatters if you are too rough with it.
