Probably one of the most likeable characters in all the AC games, aside KK Slider, simply because she's not a schizophrenic manic-depressive lunatic who lives in bizarro world where kind letters are personal insults and rotting treestumps are the best aesthetic improvement the town's ever had.

Yes, she's a raging bitch but when your alternatives are the obsequious and underhanded (Mayor, Nook, Red), and the zombified townies who are insane as shit, she's a much more interesting and likeable character, through sheer virtue of being stable and understandable. Plus, doesn't she eventually become less of a bitch over time in at least some of the games?

And my God this is horribly off-topic for just a little non-sequiter comparison picture of a fictional game character. My apologies. For what it's worth, this is a pretty awesome translation of the bobble-headed character style in AC.

Her personality is totally different in the movie. She didn't get much screentime, sure, but I never sensed any bitchiness of any sort. It's weird.
Yeah, I've heard you can get her to warm up to you like Sable, or at least get her to tell you why she's so damn crabby. It has something to do with Pete and Pelly I hear.
