what I used:

Galaxy Hot Chocolate (or your favourite hot chocolate, that just so happens to be mine)
Mini Marshmellows
Whipped cream (not icecream~)
Crumbled Chocolate

I usually end up using:
1 packet Land O' Lakes Cocoa (Mint)
1-2 scoops Yarnell's Ice cream (mint chocolate chip)
A few large marshmallows. (melted over a fire, just to get a little crispy)
And a piece of cinnamon bark if available.

Could substitute for a different flavor.
Land O' Lakes does some rather interesting Cocoa flavors.
And nothing quite tops old school homemade vanilla Ice cream.

You melt it before you put it in there, so it won't make your drink colder.
