I remember when I first saw this cartoon. My instincts told me to record it. So glad I listened to them. It is such a cute cartoon, and one of the very few cartoons where the wolf is good and wins. And that belly he gets at the end, simply lovely. In case you have not seen this cartoon, here is the story. The wolf is seen in his house extremely cold and starving. Hebecomes so hungry that he begins to halicinate things as food, like furniture, tools, and ropes. He believes he will never eat aagin until a little rabbit comes in lost form the cold. Needless to say, he has plans on eating the poor bunny, that is until the little rabbit calls himdaddy, and lo and behold, his conciece gets the better of him. at the end he cast the rabbig out only to go looking for him later to make sure he was alright. He is then rescued at the end of the cartoon by the little rabbit, his mom, and all his borthers and sisters. They are stuffing the wolf with lots and lots of meat, and the wolf is no longer hungry. I thought the film was very nice. In a way, it is also a film that helped me create Papawolf. So this wolf is quite special, and thought he was perfect for the holiday season. Why make him fat:
1. It's winter time and he needed to bulk up.
2. He had halucinations and thought just about anythign was food.
3. His stomach kept growling and eventually drove him rabid. Could have gone on a mad eating spree.
4. Could have eaten all the snow around him.
5. At the end of the cartoon was fed tons of meat(Still wondering how and why rabbit even had meat in the first place.)
6. After all that meat he could have eaten the rabbits.
