Milky works hard to keep the beach safe and as pleasant as possible. She even hired a Buizel named Tristan to help her out with the work. What she didn't think about was having another lifeguard around would mean she'd have to share the changing rooms.
Milky is one of my characters that I never have a clear idea of what to do with her, but I love drawing her nonetheless. Also I altered her look a bit and updated her design.
