This is Burikko, she is a Talis, which is a made up species of minimonster777 of DA's brain. She is also the Van, or protector/priestess thing, for the dark angel Meresimm. If you really want to know everything, go visit her page, she's got all the information.

The dots on her skin are called Lobei, they are traditionally a darker shade than her skin, but because of some fluke, Burikko's are the same color as her hair. The Lobei run all the way down her back, where you cannot see.

Her clan is composed of Freshwater and Grassland Talises. This is why her skin and hair are both pink.

She is a necromancer, and she has a purple glowing ball of evil that raises the dead when she asks it too. She sometimes feeds it a freshly slaughtered animal, mostly livestock.
