Dragon character i have

I am very bad about not finishing things, or putting any focus or intent on my lineart.

Kaizen is of a race of near-shore/lagoon dwelling tropical scalekin. They breathe air and do venture on land, but spend the vast majority of their time in the water. They have no wings, but have extremely large webbed hind feet and lots of fins on their tails to propel them through the water.
