Bakemono no Ko (The Boy and the Beast), the new animated film from Mamoru Hosoda which will be released in Japanese cinemas on July 11, 2015.
The film is the first film project of the director to three years from Wolf Children.
The story is set in the realm of human beings, in the district of Tokyo, Shibuya, and the kingdom of bakemono or Jutengai, two worlds that do not have to interact with each other in which they live a boy and a lonely bakemono. One day our hero is lost in the other world, and here will change lives by taking the name of Kyuta. Hosoda is the author of the film and will take care of the script.
The film, created and written by Hosoda, tells the story of a boy who is lost in the realm of bakemono: there encounters the swordsman Kumatetsu, which will become the apprentice by the name of Kyuta. We will follow his training and adventures that will live with the creature: the link will be established between the two is like that between father and son?

This movie look amazing. I love the part where the bear and the kid are hoping in the trailer.
