not really none of my business (I'm not a fan of feather-y thing in general so i'd never make something like this) but there is literally no way any legal court would give original artistic copyright to something that is LITERALLY angels with wing ears.
Just makes no sense to have people saying "Closed species don't make anything like this" when its something that has already exists but has one tiny change too it.

Heyo im gonna hop in here to comment just because these are my things and all!
honestly i don't like doing the closed species thing, but i have already had people ask me if they were a open or closed species on dA so i needed to pick and last time i didn't add that to a species design (because tbh i don't like the sounds of saying something is 'closed' either?) someone went and made their own using the exact idea- which is why i have it, like i don't care if people do things with angels or flowercrowns its more just 'please don't use this exact info or exact look' because theres plenty of other ways of going about it than this particular way i have gone about it and quite frankly spent a lot of time on!
Like i said in the start of my info sheet for them i don't think i own angels or wing ears or any of that stuff, its just to keep people from thinking im okay with them doing their own carbon copies when im not

Tbh having read the info sheet for this species the concept has nothing to do with biblical canon so I don't see your point? Your comment looks slightly impetuous in light of "closed species" including everything from furries with runes on them to mythological creatures so I urge you to read the information sheet
